Can you produce from our own drawing?
Yes. Send the drawing in PDF, STEP or a clear dimensioned sketch. We confirm the interpretable dimensions and finish before quoting so the approved drawing is the one used in production.
Which material do you work in?
316 marine-grade stainless steel is standard for our marine hardware. If the application calls for another grade or a different surface, describe the environment and we will confirm what can be supplied.
How are samples handled?
A sample stage is quoted together with the batch, so the part approved by your team is the reference for production. Sample quantities are agreed per project.
Do you support distributor branding?
Laser marking, labels and cartons can be configured for distributor programmes. Provide the artwork and packing requirement with your inquiry.
What documents come with a shipment?
Packing list, item-level labels and commercial documents are prepared to match the agreed order. Tell us at quotation stage if your customs broker needs a specific format.
